We are looking to grow our next candidate into an Office Manager within the next 3-6 months.

Candidate Needs: 

  • Do you have a bubbly attitude and a terrific smile? To handle our outbound calls to customers & insurance companies
  • Are you able to articulate and communicate with customers, employees, and insurance companies by phone/email?
  •  Do you have the drive and mentality to provide troubleshooting assistance for customer files, account statuses, and relevant problems? Do you keep a positive attitude even during the rainy days?
  • Do you think you are goal-oriented enough in achieving company goals, personal goals, and other duties, as needed?
  • Do you feel you are time efficient to handle the logistics on Multimillion-dollar accounts? To be able to Schedule & Appointment set.
  • Are you tired of being underpaid or overpaid and not being appreciated? Do you like a fun, exciting culture? Would you like to get along with a fun boss? Would you like to wake up in the morning and enjoy what you do?

Responsibilities

  • Must have excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette, must be detail oriented, organized and proficient with all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Scheduling/Appointment Setting
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Supply ordering
  • Assisting account managers as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
