Annual Caroling Event
We are still so full of joy and overwhelmed with how much love and support we have seen since our annual caroling event! We are ecstatic to have been able to bring so many smiles & tons of holiday cheer to families in the Fort Myers & Tampa area after Hurricane Ian. The smile of a happy homeowner is why we do what we do!
Down & Out Homeowners w/ Early Stage Dementia Gifted Brand New Roof
Dynasty Building Solutions was looking for a family in need of a new roof and the county’s Chief Building Inspector knew just who to introduce them to.
Loleater Packer’s daughter, Edith, had recently moved Loleater’s ex-husband back into the Palmetto residence because he had also been recently diagnosed with early-onset dementia, just like his first wife, Loleater. According to Edith, it made things a lot easier looking after the two of them in one place. Edith, whose hands are full with her own young children, is extremely grateful for the help and support. “My mother’s house is in bad shape and they really need a new roof,” Edith responded with tears. “We really needed this.”
“Some people just need a little help to get back on track,” said Dynasty Building Solutions CEO, Victor Lupis. “Edith and her family are doing all they can to help her parents but they are clearly overwhelmed. We were happy to offer to do what we do best. I hope other successful area contractors will join us in helping this family get back on their feet.”
Construction on the new roof was completed on Tuesday, September 14th. Dynasty Building Solutions is in the process of reaching out to other contractors who may be able to help complete other needed repairs to the home such as installing new windows and carpeting.
Dynasty Building Solutions is proud to be a sponsor of the 11th Annual Challenge Ride to benefit Camp Boggy Creek, a year-round camp for children with serious illnesses.
