Great start. Less prompt. Most of the time I had to make a call because I did not get a response. But the job was done. Since the personnel are all very young they need more guidance. I see, with great potential in them, they can perform much better in the future. Good luck!

Definitely a Positive Experience!
From the beginning of the replacement process as a result of Ian's damages to our home, I give two thumbs up to DBS! I found onsite rep Austin Hayes to be easy to contact and get updates and explanations of the installations of our new roof, fascia, soffits, and exterior light fixtures. The work and materials were excellent and appreciated. I also can't say enough positive things about Brooke English in DBS' office, She was extremely helpful in coordinating things between DBS and our insurance company. I highly recommend DBS!
Overall good experience, nice roof!
Roof was completed quickly and crew did excellent job with cleanup. Looks great! Dynasty was a great assistance to me in dealing with insurance company. Brooke and Samantha are fantastic to work with in the office. Communications sometimes lacking with project coordinator and one part of job not completed properly and needed a revisit, but was ultimately completed as promised. All in all a good job and would recommend Dynasty!

Juliana has been very helpful and approachable since she took over our case. We have never filed a claim before and do not really understand the entire process. Luckily for us, Juliana was very knowledgeable and lead us step by step through the claim process. We were desperate when our insurance company pretty much rejected our claim but Juliana helped us submit an appeal and reopen the case. She took lead in liaison with the insurance company, the roof adjustor, and finally succeeded in getting the insurance company in agreement to our terms. We did not have to do anything throughout the whole process. Juliana was very professional and took good care of it. We highly recommend Juliana Potwin and Dynasty Building Solutions.

Awesome experience so far
I know that it is very early in this process, but thanks to Juliana Potwin, I am looking forward to whatever comes next. I was so apprehensive, and nervous to have to look into having you guys or anyone help me with trying to get these repairs done on my new home, but then I met Juliana Potwin by phone, and she make’s everything seem like it’s going to be ok. She has made the process so much less intimidating for me. It’s started with Bobby Huertas, who immediately made me feel comfortable, now Juliana.
