From the 1st day of the tile roof replacement up until the end Donny, Dan and Julie and team all ran a smooth and well planned operation. They even admitted they seldom do tile roofs but you'd never know it. Very professional and top notch communication all the way from their work crew to their back office staff. Dynasty is a great company to deal with. The honesty and integrity they have is what I did admire the most as sometimes accidents happen and they were quick to own up and i even worked out an upgrade for myself out of the mishap. Transparent, Reliable, Conscientious Roofing Pros
My roof project wrapped up yesterday and today I had my DIRECTV satellite antenna reinstalled as a wall mount thanks to roof warranty guidance from Dynasty’s quality control professional, Ricardo Cerros. My project coordinator, Brooke, continues to shine and has already lined up the gutter/downspout work and handled other details. Overall, you can count on the people at DBS, who do what they commit to doing - on time and with true craftsmanship. In addition to the consistent presence and clear communication by Ricardo Cerros, I also commend Scott Taylor and Billy Schroyer for their important roles in bringing this project to completion, not to mention the hard-working, polite, safety conscious, and clean work crews who performed the labor involved until just about sunset to reach their goal of completion.
